FLACS is
a community grown school. FLACS’ Board of Directors is a reflection of the
community’s diversity; and its members reflect a diverse spectrum of
educational and professional experiences and backgrounds.
The Board of Directors is responsible
for governing the school. Members of the Board of Directors are committed to sustaining
and advancing FLACS’ mission and contributing financially to the school. During
meetings, Board members review FLACS’ strategic plan, analyze school-wide and
grade specific academic progress, discuss new initiatives, and review the
school’s financial health. The Board of Directors reserves two seats for parent
representatives.
