Parent Associations

Every FLACS school has a Parent Association (PA). The role of the Parent Association is to:
  • advocate for students and families
  • update parents and families about the school
  • plan and run activities for parents and families
  • engage and empower families
Parent Engagement
Parent Associations can support the FLACS schools in several ways, including:
  • hosting parent workshops
  • organizing activities for families—both academic and social
  • raising funds
  • running volunteer events

Parent Association Meetings are held each month. Check ParentSquare for the specific meeting dates and for information on who your Parent Association officers are. Parents/guardians who are interested in becoming involved in the Parent Association should contact the school’s family liaison.
