Athletics

FLACS High School offers many exciting athletic opportunities each school year.

Information about try-outs is shared in school during advisory and posted throughout the buildings. Parents can also access these schedules on ParentSquare.

To participate in extracurricular athletics, students must:

Complete a consent form
Complete a medical form
Participate in tryouts
Have good academic standing (65% and above in all classes)
Have satisfactory attendance (90% Attendance rate)

FLACS High School will offer the following opportunities in 2024-25 and will continue to add sports as it grows in the next two years.

FLACS High School National Honor Society

The National Honor Society (NHS) at FLACS High School recognizes students who demonstrate excellence in scholarship, leadership, service, and character. Eligible 11th-grade students with a weighted GPA of 85% or higher are invited to apply by submitting a Candidate Form and participating in an interview. A Faculty Council reviews applications, disciplinary records, and faculty recommendations to determine membership.

Selected students are honored in a formal induction ceremony and are expected to uphold NHS standards through active participation in meetings and service projects. Click here to read more details on the selection procedure.
